Q: In what form will the Office Suite components be delivered to us?
A: We will mail you a copy of the The Making of a Pro® Complete Training Series. The Facilitator's Guide, the Monthly Coaching Handouts, and the Complete Handouts & Homework Assignments will be e-mailed to you in PDF format. You also have the option to add printed versions of these materials to your order for an additional charge.
Q: Should we use Office Suite only with new or newer agents?
A: Even though The Making of a Pro® program is essential for new and newer agents, it also offers plenty of valuable information for seasoned agents who would like to improve or update some or all aspects of their business.
Q: Does The Making of a Pro® program work?

Q: Does every agent need their own copy of the product?
A: Yes, each agent is required to purchase his/her own copy of The Making of a Pro® Complete Training Series.
The product may not be shared among agents or loaned out to several agents. Once you're more familiar with the training you'll see that there are great benefits to each agent owning their own copy. It's important to review this material frequently and the agents will need and want their own copy.
Q: Do you need to be a broker or experienced agent to teach this training?
A: While it certainly helps if someone with experience facilitates these classes, it is not a requirement. In fact, almost anyone can facilitate the initial training that's based on The Making of a Pro® Complete Training Series. You do not need to be a broker or a licensed real estate agent to obtain an Instructor's License.
Q: How much does it cost?

Q: For how long can we use Office Suite?
A: You have the option of purchasing Office Suite with a 1-Year, 2-Year, or 3-Year License.
Q: How do we activate our License?
A: Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with your Office Suite registration code. Use this code to activate your License on our Online License Activation Page.
Q: Do we qualify for any updates?
A: While your license is active you're automatically eligible to download updated digital versions of the Facilitator's Guide, the Monthly Coaching Sessions, and the Complete Handouts & Homework Assignments. Check our Web site frequently for updates.
Q: Can we transfer the license or share it with another office?
A: Each License is non-transferable and is only assigned to one office.
Q: What's the best way to teach this program?
A: You have several options for presenting this program in your office. You can present it in a group setting with a facilitator overseeing the class, or have the agents review the material on their own time and report to you individually with their assignments and feedback. Either way, you will raise the level of professionalism among your agents. Consistency is the key! Schedule group classes and monthly sessions in advance.

The standard Office Suite Instructor's License has a term of one calendar year, starting the day after your license activation. You'll receive a discount if you choose to sign up for two or three years.

You may purchase Product and sell it to the Participants. By choosing this method you would become a reseller for the Product.
