A: We will mail you a copy of the The Making of a Pro® Complete Training Series. Q: Does every agent need their own copy of the product?

A: Yes, each agent is required to purchase his/her own copy of The Making of a Pro® Complete Training Series.

The product may not be shared among agents or loaned out to several agents. Once you're more familiar with the training you'll see that there are great benefits to each agent owning their own copy. It's important to review this material frequently and the agents will need and want their own copy.

 

Q: Do you need to be a broker or experienced agent to teach this training?

A: While it certainly helps if someone with experience facilitates these classes, it is not a requirement. In fact, almost anyone can facilitate the initial training that's based on The Making of a Pro® Complete Training Series. You do not need to be a broker or a licensed real estate agent to obtain an Instructor's License.

Q: Do we qualify for any updates?

Q: Can we transfer the license or share it with another office?

A: Each License is non-transferable and is only assigned to one office.

 

Q: What's the best way to teach this program?

You can present it in a group setting with a facilitator overseeing the class, or have the agents review the material on their own time and report to you individually with their assignments and feedback. You'll receive a discount if you purchase 10 or more copies of The Making of a Pro® Complete Training Series. Here's our current discount schedule:

Example of combined Office Suite and Product Order:

 

Step 1:

Purchase 20 copies of The Making of a Pro® product at $124.95 each (multi-product discount) and an Office Suite License at $549.95.

Step 2:

Sell each product to your agents for the suggested retail price of $149.95. Now you'll have generated a $500.00 profit on your product sales. That mostly covers the cost of your License!

Step 3:

You can charge the agents a fee to participate in your classes and coaching sessions. Some offices will charge their agents a flat amount that includes a copy of the product and the class fees. Choose whatever works for you, but either way you should be able to generate a profit or at least break even.
